Second Chance Drug Information

With the recent bust of a major Slappers distribution center has had an impact on slappers as well as rise on other drugs. The biggest contender being a product called Second Chance which seems to have the user enter a sleep state re-experiencing past memories or personal fantasies. Second Chance's symbol is a pair of wings. What is even more troubling is the product packaging. They are sold at pills or gel tablets that are shaped like small dice. Parents are growing concerned small children who hear of this may attempt to swallow actual dice mimicking the behavior they see of an older sibling. What effect with this new drug have on the criminal environment, only time will tell.
