Slappers for a Better Tomorrow

The citizen group Slappers for a Better Tomorrow (SBT) advocate to have slappers to be legalized and considered a performance enhancing product like those purchased in health food stores or coffee. The group proposes that if the substances are legalized it will reduce the crime related activities and boost the populace as a whole. There are even some of the group suggesting it as a treatment for conditions such as muscular dystrophy, fibromyalgia, austism and even alzheimer's disease. Those against the movement point out there have not been official testing of slappers and no reliable studies done on the effects of slappers on any of those conditions to say nothing of the long term effects.
In the light of recent accounts of individuals with special abilities such as the account of a winged man, the citizen group has gone viral making message boards, posting on websites, and even SBT has been gratified on government buildings. The movement took an unexpected violent turn when an individual wearing clothes that implied association with the group assaulted the winged man. This both embolded the group and substantiated the claim of individuals with special powers.
