Background
Not much is known about Dagmar. She has been an agitator in Southern Mirkwood for some years, at times running a team of bandits. Because of this, she has run afoul of Elasha more than once.Corruption
Something of a small time player, it is quite odd that more recently Dagmar has been seen doing the bidding of Talwart, the leader of The Circle of Dragons. Recently, she kidnapped Beran, loyal servant of Radagast, and was instructed to bring him north to Talwart’s camp. Prior to that, she led her long time advisory Elasha of The Defenders and the Cross Upon the Wood into an ambush that seemed sophisticated beyond her normal means.Allies & Associates
With her reliance and association with Talwart and the dragon cult, Dagmar’s infamy has grown.
