Master Runesmith
Allows the crafting of Obsidian Runes from naturally occurring Obsidian Crystal and power sourced from Shards.
To craft an Obsidian Rune, 1 unit of Obsidian Crystal and 9 Shards are required. The Runesmith must decide which Rune appears on the Rune Stone.
