Master Weaponsmith
Allows the crafting of runes into weapons, empowering a weapon with a Master level skill. This then allows the user of the weapon to perform that Master skill as if they had purchased the skill with XP. These items can only be used by those with the relevant Profession.
In order to craft these weapons, 3 Obsidian Rune Cards are required, of which 1 Rune must represent the desired effect in some way.
For example:
Dagger of MiraclesWhen wielded, someone with the Ghodi profession may perform Miracles as if they had the skill.
