The Triple Isle
The Triple Isle of Alfheim is the most densely populated on the realm. With a lot of the landmass being dense impassable wilderness, the inhabitants of this world historically resided either on the Isle, or on the outer shore of the archipelago. The Isle is actually attached to the mainland, but Isle it is called anyway. The capital city of Alfheim, Tallallamé is located here, and the rest of the isle is smaller towns, villages and farmland.
Following Ragnarok and the influx of Human refugees, other areas of the landmass started to be explored where it had not before. The Humans, desperate for their own space explored and cleared areas of the previously impassable land, and created new towns and farms in what is referred to as the Borderlands. There is still a lot of land on Alfheim which is unexplored.
