Antaui

A relatively small Stonescale, Antaui stands 6'6" tall, with a short, fanged snout and sharp black eyes. Her scales are a dark green, with occasional flecks of brown across her brow, neck, and shoulders. She wears a rugged soldier's harness made of thick hide, and a simple headdress of leather with four white feathers held on by a bronze pin bearing the Starshield's insignia.
Antaui has spent most of her life working for the Starshields. Her perceptive nature and ability to adapt to changes in routine made her an effective commander for small units, but she lacked both the intellectual curiosity and political willpower to push further up the military hierarchy. (The fact that Stonescales are somewhat discriminated against for higher rank positions also didn't help.) She's maintained her position as a trusted and able sergeant under the command of the High General through hard work and a knack for knowing what to do in the face of uncertainty. Her current position as the primary contact with the party of outsiders is a reflection of these talents, though she's not necessarily pleased with that, given their odd mannerisms and frankly scary capabilities.
