Boons and Banes
The Animation boon is restricted heavily, as it adds a new NPC with uncertain loyalties and possibly broken combat stats to the party. Whenever you use it, you will need to work with the DM to figure out what the end-goal is for that use. Do not build your character depending on this boon - treat it as a useful but VERY tricky-to-use tool, one of (what should be) many in your toolkit. Further, do not make any plans based on animating more than one thing at a time, as the DM will not tolerate animating zombie or golem armies without the investment of large numbers of feat points or money (and even then, I’m highly skeptical of the idea).
The Flight and Shapeshift boons, when used at a power level of 5 or more, have a maximum duration of 1 minute per rank in the invoking Attribute; once this duration has expired, you must attempt another invocation roll to sustain it. Multiple invocations of one of these boons at such power levels within a 1-hour period increases the CR of any further invocation rolls (at any power level) by a cumulative +2 per successful invocation of that boon until you go for an hour without invoking it. Having Boon Focus for either of these boons only allows a single-target auto-activation at power levels 5 or more for the first invocation per hour; every invocation after that still requires a roll, though you do get Advantage from the feat as if you were multi-targeting.
The Shapeshift boon can only change your Might/Fortitude/Agility/Perception attributes to those of an NPC of the caster’s level or lower, using the simple NPC generation table in the OL rules. You can still shapeshift into NPCs of higher level, but your stats will be lower than theirs.
The Life Drain boon can only heal for the maximum hit points of the Boon's target for each invocation. If this maximum is reached, you may spend a Minor Action on your next turn to make a new invocation roll and reset the healing limit.
The Silence bane can be used, via the Alteration attribute, at power level 3 to grant a muffling effect, eliminating any Disadvantage to hide or be stealthy inflicted by noisy gear (full plate, chainmail, pots and pans in your pack, etc.) for anyone affected, and giving them Advantage 3 on stealth rolls to avoid being heard.
The Teleport boon, Seeing boon, and Spying bane all suffer from Wardstone Interference. Any attempt to activate these abilities when you or your target are in a zone with an active Wardstone are at -1 Disadvantage for every 100 feet beyond the first 100, and any attempts to do so at distances of over 1 mile may be subject to DM fiat shenanigans if they somehow manage to succeed. If there are no Wardstones in either zone, then these penalties are capped at a maximum of -1 Disadvantage for every adjacent zone (to both you and your target) with an active Wardstone, and there is no risk of DM fiat shenanigans.
