Tulu-metal is often describied as a heavy, dark, lustrous and "richly mottled" metal. The material is highly durable
Physical & Chemical Properties
Objects made of this material are attracted to each other, as if by magnetism, but have no such effect on common magnetic metals. Indiviuals in contact with Tulu-metal for an extended period of time may display irrational behavior and mutations associated with the effects of the Tinge, albiet to a significantly lesser extent.

Found in R'lyeh. Large chunks of it are frequently found buried in the sand of the Elder Wastes

Everyday use
The currency of R'lyeh is made of Tulu-metal combined with other elements to dimish it's weird properties
Cultural Significance and Usage
Various cults and religions of R'lyeh consider Tulu-metal an 'evil' metal, countering Laghium as a 'good' metal.
Both are used in religious symbols and artifacts
