Elder Council

The Elder Council

Traditionally, at least 3 of the 6 regular seats on the council are held by someone from the temple, someone from the Night Watch (below) and someone from the alehouse. The 3 other regular seats are held by notable citizens of Last Light, to provide counterbalance to the other “guaranteed” voices. There is also an honorary special seat, to serve as observer and, if necessary, tie-breaker. This position had long been held by a now legendary Druid who one day mysteriously vanished. The position has since been awarded to Faldor for his many services.
