Tsar (Zar)
Requirements
they must be a heir/son of the current king of Weskonia and must be at least 15 years old.
Appointment
when the former Tsar renounces his crown to his heir, the priesthood and the Tsar's counselors will recite the constitution of weskonia and asks if the new Tsar will uphold it and keep to it, and if the Tsar agrees to then the priest hood will bless him by painting the symbol of nobility with the blood of a lamb and then the new Tsar will begin his reign.
Duties
He is to uphold the constitution of Weskonia, to protect his people and to uphold justice in the land.
Responsibilities
He will first begin his day by speaking with his counselors who would bring the new month's list of agendas/problems that need to be solved or he will speak with his advisors who will tell him of things that are going on in his kingdom.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
treason is a capital punishment that is not excluded to the royal family.
