Weskonia (Wes-Ko-nee-ah)
The Banner of Weskonia is two horses hailing an eagle which represents the Ziskak tribe for their great cavalry and the Vigtak tribe for their great leadership, and the two axes with an arrow in between them represents the Niktak tribe for their great marksmanship and combat prowess. and the four suns represents the former religion they brought with them before they were converted to Cherubism or aka Monoism.

It is based of russian/slavic culture pre and post christianity.

they are very powerful with the largest army on Bi'Terra. they have access to many deposits of silver and is home to the college of Ice Magic (A school of magic that is quite powerful).
History
They were founded after the Niktaks, Vigtaks and the Ziskaks were exiled from their Elfan kingdoms due to them allying with themselves against their kingdoms as spies and terrorism.
Demography and Population
around 55% of the population are elfans while the other 35% are humans and the last 10% are mixed race Hulfans (human-elf).

they have the majority of the arctic region of Sitora which is south of the continent but a small patch is owned by the Palpatanians.
Foreign Relations
they are good friends with the Palpatanians and have been aiding the Paradinians while they have been under Qualzonian presence in the region.

They have a trade route with the Paradinians giving them supplies for their citizens and a trade route with the Palpatanians. they do have a trade deal with the egydians but only for the exotic vegetation of Egydia.
Education
the population is somehwat educated, knowing their history, mathematics and geography but the other forms of education is taught to the wealthier class of society.
