Voshīlī (/voʊ̯ˈʃiːliː/)

The Voshīlī is the dedicated spy network of the Voshan Dīdnalash. The name refers both to the organization and to individual members—the spies themselves. It is headed by the baulorīlī (nf.), meaning chief spy.
While the culture of the Kaushan has been traditionally male-dominated, they have long believed that women make the best spies. So while there are male spies, most are female. Also, the baulorīlī is almost always a woman.
The Voshīlī and Raiyīŗ spies are aware of each other and are known to cooperate when beneficial.
Often, Shania vin Qau will coerce the two organizations into cooperating, due to her relationships with both.
