RSP

RSP, or the Rhododendron Secret Police, is an organization based out of Oleander  in the Rhododendron Province.

History

The first record of the RSP was in 10,006,098 when they swept in during a Vervain council meeting and declared that the Rhododendron Council  would now make all the decisions for the provinces.
