Seermar

Seermar was one of the most powerful states in Blivera as the birthplace of the magically gifted race the ascendals. The country was ruled by a group of scholars at the Academy, a magic school which evolved into the capital city that birthed the entire state of Seermar due to its high immigration of hopeful students.
Seermar was ruled by the very scholars that taught at the Academy. While not the first to hold the office of head scholar, Haranos the Wise was the most famous holder.
