Húron Faestir
Talebringer Húron Faestir
As I climbed up Circana Tower, i could already hear him giggling like a school girl. Instead of making himself look like an imposing character, he chooses to be immature. But i will gladly take it. Because i have never had met such a wise and at the same time childlike creature before, and i wouldn't trade him for the world.

The wings of Húron are pretty worn out from all the flapping he has done in his life, trying to wipe away clouds.

Personal history
Húron Faestir is an enormous adult bronze dragon, who lived a long time in the hot Aridian deserts of the Oakenlands. He has no recollection of his time as a wyrmling, he had no name and family, but he assumed his parents left him behind. As he wandered, he came across the Brass Dragon Clan of Aridia. He was lovingly accepted by the talk-happy clan of Brass Dragonborns and Half-Dragons. A happy youth, and he learned the values of being sociable and having a good conversation. A far cry from the Bronze dragon clans, who'd much rather fight than talk.
Somehow, Húron felt out of place. When he reached adulthood, he left the clan, and wandered the deserts alone, looking for clarity. He wandered and flew around Loebnaeturie, helping folks from the land and striking up conversation.
After some time, the word about a wise bronze dragon from the Oakenlands spread far and wide, and reached the Faestir Dragon Clan in Woorenadonie. They sent an envoy out to his tower, and Húron was intensely surprised. And he became even more surprised when the envoy told him who he was: One of the last true bronze dragons of the Oakenlands. There is another bronze dragon, who currently stands at the top of the Faestir clan, named Zykroff Faestir.
Alas, even the envoy did not know what happened to him in the past. But the Faestir clan did not need to search for the past, they looked into the future. Húron was a perfect mate for Zykroff! The Bronze dragons could be saved!
But Húron did not think so. He never felt like a Bronze dragon. He does not share the beliefs of the Faestir clan, and he feels much more at home being himself. The envoy left disillusioned and angry, they weren't going to give up.
Eventually, Húron found himself crossing the seas between Loebnaeturie and Budston. He arrived at Circana Tower, where he perched. A nice view of the ocean, spreading far and wide. In time, people here found out about the bronze dragon on top of the tower. They came to Húron for help with battle, but they left with a new view and plenty of conversation. Húron became an advisor in Budston, and many people loved his presence.
At some point, Necrochanglings tried to take over Budston. During the great battle of Circana, Húron swooped in to defend the people he loved and had a fierce battle with a Necrochangling who could become a Red Dragon. He got his scales roughed up greatly by the much more combat experienced Ragnar Bloodgrate, until Húron's Bronze blood started boiling. With some of the fiercest lightning attacks he could summon forth, Húron defeated Ragnar. As the allied armies cheered, Húron gained an identity crisis.
Was he truly a Bronze dragon in body and mind? Was the fighting spirit in his blood stronger than the kindness in his head?
That is where the thoughts ended, as Húron went back to his tower, and almost never left it for a good amount of years.
Then, he got a visit. Zykroff went to his tower, demanding an explanation for his rejection. Upon seeing her, Húron was surprised that the tales of the envoy were true! There is a Bronze female dragon, like him!
Zykroff demanded that Húron came back to the Clan with her. He still refused, but this time more respectfully. He mentioned he had more to do, people to help and conversations to have. Zykroff told him that he could do the exact same at the Faestir Clan. Húron retorted it was not the same; trade places with each other and both would not last a week.
Ultimately, Zykroff and Húron made a deal. He would be left alone by the clan, but only if Húron promised to one day come back and secure the future of the Faestir clan. Upon agreeing, Zykroff flew off, satisified.
Húron only wondered if he made the right choice...
Employment
At this time of day, Húron lives his days giving counsel to various people that visit his tower, and asks nothing in return but some good stories and maybe a way to forever destroy the clouds around his tower.
Accomplishments & Achievements
In his long lasting life, Húron passed his life lessons on to many influential people in the country of Budston and beyond. On Circana Tower where he is perched, he gave counsel to Lord Bansheth, former ruler of Grandstream Castle Kradus Magirant, High Principal of the Circan Mages College and even Yurri Occultdriver, leader of the Blomarian Cult Extermination Brotherhood. Few people have had the honor of receiving aid from this dragon.
He defeated Ragnar Bloodgrate, one of the most powerful Necrochanglings to exist.
Failures & Embarrassments
One day, Húron saw what he thought was a gigantic cloud blocking the sun. He didn't appreciate that, so he started waving it away. But coincidentally, that wasn't a normal cloud. Far away, down at the Mages College, some poor student failed its exam because the necessary cloud that needed to be conjured suddenly dissipated. Once word of it reached Húron, he felt great pity, but was never able to apologize to the student.
Taboos
Húron will never answer a question that asks about cloud facts. The mere thought of it gives him shudders and he will immediately fly off to wipe away some clouds.

"If i were ever to choose between wiping out the clouds above my head and saving the planet from a meteor, i'd choose wiping out the clouds. Why? Because i kinda need to see where the meteor is coming from, don't i?"
