Gutter

A Gutter is a device that is installed on the abdomen of an individual. Gutters are is installed on most prisoners in the prison systems. The Gutters allow HoS to track location and are equipped with live feed cameras and microphones that can be tapped into at any time. These features are available without “activating” the Gutter. When the Gutter is activated, it shreds the intestines of the wearer, killing them instanty.
