Flux
The Flux is one of the most popular home video game consoles in Borgalor, particularly in its native Þjaris, rivaling the Jester in terms of power and number of games released on it. Developed by Laræn-Taþvún Group, its design is similar to that of its predecessor, the Vortex, though it sports a mostly red, blue and purple colour scheme instead of the usual red and blue one seen on most other devices made by the company.
Boreal Lore: Role-playing game series heavily inspired by þjaric elven history, mythology and folklore.
Mayhem: A multiplayer carriage driving game.
Runic Dawn: Action-adventure games set in a fictional jútrilían city in the near future, inspired by númran science fiction.
Games
Many of the Flux' best selling series emulate the styles seen in þjaric and jútrilían illuminated manuscripts, and multiplayer games are common. Most are ports or continuations of series from earlier consoles or made specifically for the Flux.Notable games
Mechanics & Inner Workings
Like most home consoles, the Flux has a wood and brass exterior and is powered by magic crystals -specifically spheres- which need to be replaced over time, and memory is saved on devices known as a hemisphere, located at the top. The tube in which game cylinders are inserted has a lid shaped like a hemisphere for added symmetry.
