The Dugout
Shipyard and canoe crafting and dock.
The shipyard is called Alia's Improvements owned by an exentric Coquían called Alia.
The canoe crafting is owned by the Taínem family Sarobeya and they call the workshop Calm Streams.
The Dugout Dock is mostly frequented by ships and canoes in need of repair but they also dock smaller trading vessels. The dock master (Futitol Hung-ar) doesn't like outsiders so he mostly accept docking by Boricubosan ships/canoes.
