Askabiǫð (Ask-a-be-off)

Its name comes from the Dragonborn "Ash-Land" Askabiǫð shares its name with the island it occupied north of Eldetha. It was said to be the birthplace of the frearsome Dragonborn that pillaged both the lands and seas of Eldetha. When the Followers of the Cromatic Queen seized power, they drove the tribes into a war with the southern nations. Following a crushing defeat at the hands of the other nations, Askabiǫð is now a snow and ash covered wasteland with only a few scattering of Dragonborn Tribes remaining.
