Baagh Gok Tribe

The only kingdom of half orcs on Boscage 4, which relies on mining and scavenging the deserts and mountains in their territory. They commonly trade with the Gnomes of kingdom and mercenary company The Sky Claws for protection in exchange for laborers and scrap, mostly using the town of River's Bend as their main exchange point. These half orcs are outcasts from both their human nomad tribes and their orc warrior tribes, and they fall somewhere in between, being semi nomadic.   Age - 70 years old   Alignment - Neutral Evil/Good/Neutral   Size - Small kingdom in North West quadrant of map,   Dark vision - Dark vision enabled the Half Orcs to be adept at mining and night time defense whilst scavenging.   Menacing - Intimidation costs less calories than violence, which enabled the Baagh Gok Tribe to invest into Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.   Relentless Endurance - The Baagh Gok tribe has resisted many outsiders and has come to near death more than once, only to spring back like plants in the wet season.   Savage Attacks - The Baagh Gok tribe has perfected the shield wall spear formation and uses three ranks of spears to attack the enemy, knowing about 1/20 attacks are going to help break the enemies' formation.   Languages - Speaks Common, Gnomish, and Orcish, writes in Dwarvish script   Government - Semi Feudalism, 1 Patriarch and 1 Matriarch are executive power, council of 6 elders which consists of the 3 eldest women and 3 eldest males act as safe guards against rash behavior, and the warrior council which includes the most skilled members of the tribe who compete at each meet up for the right to submit a vote to the high council and plead with the king and queen directly. The warrior council is a pure meritocracy, and everyone in the tribe has equal opportunity to participate, but outcomes favor the victor in winner take all matches of any kind. Trade agreements

This route is operated by water and relations have gone smoothly, mostly because the half orcs are outcasts and have no one else to rely on. Orc laborers serve their Gnomish commanders for one year and one day then return home after their work contract is expired, at which point they are allowed back into the tribe as an adult. The skills these young adults receive help the tribe build and repair their settlements, so this works out great for them in their opinion. The Gnomes love the half orcs for the free petty laborers that do chores no self respecting soldier would want to do, and the protection work they offer is a joke, since the half orc tribe isn't threatened by any kingdom or surrounded by apex predators.
