Sky Garden

The capital city of the Rock Gnomes called The Gnomish Republic. It's a Bureaucratic kingdom where most resources go to Sky Garden to maintain it's sky lilies, which are giant floating ponds perfect for rice, and their giant buildings constructed with High grade spider webs, combined with space partition magic, allows this city to house half of Boscage 4's population, currently at 2,000,000 or so. In addition, all the buildings have vertical gardens and vines that grow up and down the sides and on the roof, which helps cool off the city, but also gives the citizens lots of medicine and nutrition. The Gnomish Republic is non aggressive thankfully, else if they could afford to arm and equip their citizens, they could easily cause a problem for other kingdoms on Boscage 4.
