Clerics working at the Merah Sanctuary establish a town around The Spring of Ancestors, creating Old Quan Ma.

During the Douar Demnati thousands of years ago, the rain wouldn't stop for days on end. The ensuing flood killed all of the residents of Old Quan Ma, leaving it abandoned for centuries before people began to move back into the ruins.

The third great flood of Quan Ma, as prophesized by Hassan Toulali. As with the prior great flood, Uohr intervened and stopped the rain before the city could be destroyed.

Huan Pin Yan, God of Time and Dreams  is banished to The Ice Palace after an argument with Onir, The Creator regarding his ascension.

The humans burned large swaths of Ki'hol, severely damaging it and the troupes within. It's a definitive end to the war.   This event is what causes Delilah to get separated from her troupe.

Vivienne Lucian accessions to the throne at age 16.

Sabine developes destructive and uncontrollable magic, leading Vivienne to banish him from Cenel at age 6.

Queen Vivienne dies at age 52.

Morose publishes his first paper at 15 years old.

Frederick being the first king sympathetic to mages, he founds a magic school to assist in honing the talents of mages in a safe environment.

Karris joins the Whiteguard at age 20.

Three years after it's discovery, the apparently stillborn dragon egg hatches. Morose secretly keeps the newborn dragon as a pet and names it Nocht.

A rebellion group who disapproves of Frederick's support of mages approaches Morose and threatens him and his family, forcing him to kill Frederick. Frederick dies at age 37.

Sabine returns to Cenel at age 32 to overthrow Augustus and take the throne.

Knowing that Sabine was responsible for the murder of Augustus, Karris plots to break Morose and Aurora out from the dungeons with the help of her friend Delilah. The newly formed party flees across Callisto to safety as they regroup and strategize how to fight back.

The party was unaware that they were in Huan Pin Yan's illusion. They only discovered that they were trapped when Pelle, God of Death, interfered to tell them.   Pelle had already been fond of Karris, Morose, Aurora, and Augustus due to the fact that he's lived in disguise in Cenel for centuries. He helps them escape, and becomes their number one supporter.

As the party approaches the precipice of their adventure, Onir reveals herself to them. She will not be interfering with their final battle, but will be watching closely.

The party reaches Sabine in the throne room and fights him. It's a bitter battle, even with all four of their strengths combined Sabine's uncontrollable magic is a force to be reckoned with.   After several hours they finally stand triumphant over him.

Years after retaking the throne, August dies at age 52.

Delilah dies at age 587.
