Abbot Zakren is the abbot and head of the abbey of the Redeemers of Hell. He has established himself as an authority on the history of the Hellknights with an eye towards reforming past members as believers of Eloritu and being more charitable and productive citizens.
Having been born and growing up on asteroids and starships, he saw what the Hellknights do and has devoted his life to bringing spiritual peace to those who are able to shed their bonds with the Hellknights. The abbot is also an avid fan of the The Poker Run and serves as a cleric to the Star & Dragon Yacht Club.
Abbot Zakren is also a trained mystic, sometimes displaying his considerable powers when confronting Hellknights, either those who are opposed to his actions or to help those who have come to the abbey seeking aid. He has been able to lower the influence the Hellknights have in Dalkit 422 System but this has also led to some clashes between his followers and Hellknight zealots.
