Androids Do Not Bleed

Androids Do Not Bleed is an organizational counter culture believing that only creatures that are biologically alive and born of splitting cells are considered alive. They consider androids and robots to be non-living and therefore should not have free will or be treated as equals. ADNB has a local headquarters in the Dalkit 422 System and occasionally has protests, most especially near the Star & Dragon Yacht Club as they get good publicity due to the large number of tourists there. So far the group has been completely non-violent. They are not technologically averse, but believe that androids are simply machines since they are constructed by other species. They will generally shun androids in the wild or attempt to treat them as servants and certainly not equals. Their leader is Dilden Hernt, a rather charismatic human who has achieved cult status within the organization. He is often seen leading protests and accompanied by humans and robots which are simply programmed to obey and are not able to think for themselves. While the group is mainly left alone since they do not cause any trouble, they are also small and not considered to be a threat to the freedom of androids.

ADNB believes that only creatures that have living tissue should have free will. Robots and androids are considered creations and are not considered to be self-aware, making them property.

Gender Ideals

ADNB believes that creatures can only be created by splitting cells, although it does not have to occur within the body. However, this belief makes androids not a living creature.
