History

While Goliaths continued to serve the All-Father, the firbolg were among those children that instead chose to follow Oherin into the forests of the world when it was young. Since that day most firbolgs have been fierce defenders of the natural world and remain in close ties with other forest dwellers.

Common Myths and Legends

There is a story that both the firbolg and the Fomorians are related, and that the fae corruption that brought the first Fomorians into being were firbolgs who trespassed on the land of an archfey, and were punished for their transgression.
