Qualifications

• Deep commitment to Infinite Grace and Eternal Harmony
• Done Charity work
• Must a Priest
• Must have at least three years of study under the belt
• Must have interogated and put to death at least one Gloombringers
• Must have sponsored and/or mentored two Priest hopefuls (even if they don't become one)

Requirements

• Must be at least 30 years old
• May be of either gender
• Must be fully Human 

Appointment

They are vested with the power of the rank by the Pope of Vatican after walking Pilgrim's Path to mediate Eternal's Haven. The pope will question the person about why the want to be a bishop. Afterward, the pope 'blesses' them with water from Celestial Bay.

Duties

• Oversee the area assigned to them by the Pope of Vatican
• Oversee the Priests and Deacons
• Spread the word of Infinite Grace and Eternal Harmony
• Assign people to hunt Gloombringers and Vampyre

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Unknown. The one time a bishop was removed from office it was quickly hushed and remved from the records.
