Duties
The Shogunate's duties encompass both military and administrative responsibilities. They are the supreme military commander, leading campaigns and overseeing the defense of the realm. In addition, the Shogunate is responsible for making high-level policy decisions, issuing laws, and managing the bureaucracy. They serve as the ultimate authority in matters of state, diplomacy, and justice. The Shogunate also has a symbolic role in upholding the cultural and traditional values of Cheria.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The removal or dismissal of a Shogunate is a rare and complex process. It can occur through abdication, death, or, in extreme cases, forced removal. If the Shogunate is deemed unfit to rule or acts against the interests of the state, a council of high-ranking officials and military leaders may convene to discuss the removal. However, any attempt to remove a Shogunate is a delicate matter, and it requires careful consideration to maintain stability and prevent internal strife.
