Tandarrah

Tandarrah is the shining jewel of Galiesia. Strategically located on and within the Ghostspire Cliffs, in the midst of the Shimmering Sea, the capital city is host to both the Council of Voices and Emberthistle Academy. Here, more than anywhere in Galiesia, one can find the culmination of centuries of magical study. Often even the most commonplace trinkets and curios of the marketplace contain mild enchantments.

Infrastructure

The main thoroughfare between city levels is a grand column of stone known as the Storm Bowl. Two thoroughfares are carved along its edges. Connecting roads from each level attach at regular intervals much like spokes in a wheel. The Storm Bowl's name is derived from the sound of the waves that beat against the base of the central column. The noise echoes off the walls sounding like far-off thunder.

Architecture

Architecture in Tandarrah is elegant. Sweeping archways and open plazas give the illusion of space, making the relatively small surface city seem much larger. This flowing theme permeates the structures below the surface. Grand markets, temples, and concert halls with vaulted roofs and colorful banners can be found carved into many of the levels of Tandarrah's seven-tiered city.
