Session 15: Forked in Steelwater Report
General Summary
Grieving the death of Malak Dargash, The Chapter of Gold moved up the Steelwater River on the way to Steelwater Flats.
- After a visit with The Curator, Thale was sent to keep an eye on the Chapter of Gold
- Concerned about their bounty, the party pulled stopped on the side of the mountain and traveled on foot.
- After getting lost in the forest, the party stumbled upon a bandit camp. After a quick display of prowess, they were introduced to Bartok.
- Trying to find the city, they accidentally moved into the territory of several rage field apes
- Upon killing the apes, they discovered necrotech in the remains, and Deacon Glaas identified it as being a tool used by an Iron Lich (Asra and Bartok each took a shard)
- Reaching Steelwater Flats, the party split up
- Sy, Deacon Glaas, Asra went to a coffee shop and met Orwick Gove. He offered them a seat in his personal cabin on the Cygnaran Express. He plans to head to Fharin and seek out an infernal clue.
- Bartok, Thale, and Caitlin went to a nearby tavern and met Finch Sunbright, a Warcaster with a big mouth - who let out more than his fair share of secrets.
