Eugene is a Axolto from Twin Bridges. He resides in a "mega" structure made of cypress trees and planks of wood. He is the resident fisherman and fish being one of the main sources of food in Twin Bridges he is greatly needed.

Hydra Hydra (You're Pretty and I Like Ya)

For a while the people of Twin Bridges were suffering, due to the fish disappearing. Eugene himself couldnt even get a bite. When The Collective came to help they discovered a Hydra was eating all of the fish. Removing the Hydra allowed Eugene to get back to what he enjoys most. Fishing.

While going to report something crashing into his house Eugene came upon The Collective talking to the sheriff. While explaining what happened a large crash was heard from outside. When he looked outside he saw a large crystaline structure and Eugene was evacuated at the same time as the women and children.
