Dagresh
Dagresh is the capital of the Kahanaht Dominion and the seat of The Forgiving Assembly's power. It was once home to a noble and his family and a thriving city. The noble and his family have long been killed and his name eradicated from history. His mansion was torn down and in it's stead a citadel for the Assembly has been erected.
Dagresh is a dreary and violent place. The patrolmen, paid by the Assembly, are more thugs than law enforcers and terrorize the citizens as much as the many cutthoats in the city's dark alleyways do. Those who live in this city seem to have lost all hope. Only the dominion's bureaucrats are able to carve a life out for themselves in this damp and depressing place. They hurry from their mansions to their coaches, all the while protected by private guards. Many an incautious "civil servant" was found in a filthy back street behind a tavern, his troat cut and reeking of his own piss and shit.
