General Summary

With Sigurd captured and Llethwyn tending the Dace farmland Ceru and Firehand began investigating into the disappearance of Sigurd. After following the clues Ceru and Firehand tracked Sigurd to an old river fort a few days outside of Dace occupied by a group of bandits wearing red bandanas.
While in captivity Sigurd continued to help his cause and befriend the bandits while collecting information for General Ban. One particular guard named Rolf was keen to let Sigurd go about his tasks allowing Sigurd near free reign to collect his information. One night while delivering the Bandit Captain's meal Sigurd found the evidence he sought and quickly pocketed the information. An ornate chest seemed to tantalizing for Sigurd and he tried to open it and steal the contents. Not bothering to check for traps Sigurd fumbled with the lock and was struck with a lightning bolt knocking him across the room. 
Meanwhile Llethwyn was visited by a druid from another circle and offered him a staff of Norishment allowing him to help the farmers tend then land without exhausting himself. This went on for several days until more farmers came and pleaded that he help them too. Llethwyn unable to say no began to spread himself too thin and the land was unable to be sustained under the unusual hot and dry season the province has seen in centuries.
Firehand returned and asked Llethwyn to come free sigurd from the bandits, Llethwyn said sure leaving the farmers to tend their crops while Kokou Danso the farmer he had been staying with tended to his sick wife Sarabel, and his lands. Pleading for Llethwyn to remain and help, Llethwyn chose the need of one over the need of many and left the farm with Firehand. 
Once returned to the river keep they quickly came up with a plan where Firehand would take Ceru into the keep as a prisoner while Firehand pretended to be one of the bandits and Llethwyn would FLANK the keep and attack from another side.  Firehand convinced the bandits that Ceru and Sigurd should fight to the death to be honoured with being the Defias Brotherhoods head latrine cleaner and the rest of the bandits agreed and began placing bets.  Firehand waited several minutes for Ceru and Sigurd fighting for Llethwyn to move into position and finally blew the head clean off one of the bandits while Ceru and Sigurd mockingly fought.  They quickly dispatched the bandits while one of the bandits got away down stream.
With Sigurd saved from the clutches of the Defias Brootherhood they returned to Dace.
