Feredir, the Blood Moon

The third and final moon in the sky above the Prime Material. It is closely tied to lycanthropes, vampires, and other creatures of blood, hunger, and death. It is only visible half the year, appearing after it's first quarter phase in the summer and disappearing before it's third quarter phase. It is full during the third week of the month of the Final Hunt. This time of the year is known as Veilbreach and it is said to be the time when the veil between the Prime Material, the Withering , and the Veil  are is the thinnest.
