Reynard the Fox

The Fox Reynard (a.k.a. Yvar, Keeper of the Grimm)

Reynard the Fox if an entity known to many by many names. He is most well known for being a trickster and foil of the rich, powerful, and self-aggrandizing. He is a proponent of change, rebellion, and independence, especially for the individual. Even in the lands he has made a significant impact in Reynard rarely stays long, preferring to stay on the move. He is said to be father to different peoples (such as the mythological kitsune).   Reynard is the clan spirit of Clan Rev in Binordheim, but much like his presence elsewhere it is fleeting at best, acting as a distant figure and letting the people live their lives without focusing on him daily.   Reynard is a charismatic creature, getting along with most people most times, but he despises nobility, aristocracy and those who seek to control the people. His "tricks" can be as simple and whimsical as a child's or as dangerous and unforgiving as a psychopath's depending on his mood, which shifts abruptly when antagonized.
