Admiral Thoss Chirhat

Admiral in charge of Starbase 308. Andorian. Brusque and direct in his manner of speaking.
Relatively new to the rank of admiral, Thoss Chirhat is a little unsure of his position at the moment, but eager and willing to get the job done. He is stubborn and passionate and fiercely loyal to Starfleet and the Federation at large. Smart, a good leader, but not so familiar with the area in which he is now positioned, or with the staff he has. Before command, he was a scientist.
He has a brother on the Crew of the USS Gogarg, much younger, named Ishrath.
He's more hands off, partly because everything is quite busy right now and he's learning what he can and can't do, but also because there's a lot going on in the galaxy. He wants to be involved and get his hands dirty, so to speak, but he's unsure of himself.
Voice: sharp and clipped.
