Starbase 308

The starter location for my oneshot. Commanded by Admiral Thoss Chirhat. Standard circle-y station style, typical of the Federation. Was constructed relatively recently, more as a waypoint than near to any particular planet. Kind of nearby to Trill Prime and Klaestron on the map, if I have to position one. It's been around perhaps five years, long enough to determine that nothing important was going to happen here and it was mostly just a waypoint. Major areas include:

Space dock
Temporary crew quarters for those between ships (10 minutes from docks)
Cafeteria (10 minutes from docks)
HQ area (15 minutes from docks)
A few shops (5 minutes from docks)
Engineering spaces (20 minutes from docks)
Promenade and viewing area (5 minutes from docks)
Holodecks (20 minutes from docks)
Embassies (15 minutes from docks)

For purposes of difficulty, 5 minutes would not even need a roll, 10 is Difficulty 1, 15 is D1 + 1 to complication range, 20 is D1 + 3 to complication range.

Approximately. Level 1: upper level stuff. Includes the bridge, admiral's office. Level 2: space dock. Space docks, promenade and viewing area, shops and some restaurants. Public transporter pads, shuttle bays Level 3: living areas. Permanent and temporary crew quarters, embassies, cafeteria, holodecks, classrooms. Level 4: maintenance spaces. Engineering, cargo holds, cargo docking spaces, quartermaster supply areas.
