Structure
The Staers are the local army to protect the people from Ariabon.
Soldier
Soldiers is the lowest rank in the Staers army, they report to a captain. In every company of Staers there 10 soldiers, they can be recognized by the Iron on their armor.
Captain
Captain is a middle rank in the Staers army, they got a company of 10 soldiers under their command. A Captain needs to report to a Commander, they can be recognized by the Chrome on their armor.
Commander
Commander is one of the higher ranks in the Staer army. They got 30 captains under their command. A Commander reports to a Major, they can be recognized by the darkened brass on their armor.
Major
This is the highest rank in the Stear army. There are ruffly 40 Commanders under their command. They report to The Mystic and to him only. They can be recognized by the gold on their armor.
Assets
The Staers are using giant eagle like birds, Dragonbirds. These birds are used to fly towards the Staerdall Citadel and to watch people from above. These birds got special abilities of their own. Every soldier has a bird of his or her own.
Their weapons are made form a special blue iron with in the hilt a cloud crystal, which are enchanted by the Mystic. To protect them against other typed of magic. They also got a sling, so they can attack from the back of the Dragon birds.

History
The Staers were founded when the first Mystics founded the city of Staerdall, giving the air force it's name. The principals were simple, protect the people who call Ariabon their home.
But after a coup from the currently Mystic the principals of the Dragon birds changed, now they are more of a private army for Mystic.
