Government
Steardall is ruled by the all powerful Mystic. He and only he makes the decisions and rules.
The Mystic has help to reinforce his laws, from the Staers, a private army created to protect Staerdall and the rest of Ariabon.
Defences
White Oil Stone wall
The White Oil Stone wall that surrounds the city is 6 meters high and 3 meters thick. There are five gates, Workerr's Warrens Gate near the Workerr's Warren, Calligrapher's Gate near the Canvas District, Peddlers gate near Starfall District, Competitor's gate near Competitor's fields, The Forgotten gate there is a road that goes out of the city but ends abruptly the citizens think it was the original gate that leaded towards the Staerdall Citadel . This was build after the fourth exception to the city, not taking the fifth one in account.Infrastructure
The city is build around and on top of a large oasis, which means a wet and damp soil. What makes the city very green and standout in the dry area around it.
Water Streams
There are large steams of water running through the city, who are not connected to the underground sewer system. Large bridges are build over the streams, big enough that a horse with a wagon can cross. Those streams are the natural line between the districts.Sewers
The sewer system is running through the underground, it is one of the first things the Mystic's build. The sewers lead to a facility that cleans the water just outside the city. Who the water is cleaned is unknown to the citizens of Staerdall.Roads
The roads in Staerdall are all from strange stone, that shimmers lightly in the always shinning sun. The light pink stone is found all over the city, even in the Workerr's Warrens. The lower class part of the city.Workerr's Warrens
Workerr's Warren is on the outskirts of the city and even outside the big white Oil Stone wall. Workers for the sewer system are working there and criminal gangs are located there. The gangs are looking after the people who live in this neighborhood by providing food, water and protection. It is easy to hide in the buildings, because everything build so close against each other.Canvas District
This district is the closest to the Market square, in this district is where people are more freely able to express themselves and alter their surroundings. It also doubles as a school district, for students of art. Art tends to flourish, and logic and emotion go in tandem.Starfall District
Starfall district is the part where the merchants and their families live. It is one of the richest district of the city, it also the district with the most Tavern's and brothels.Competitor's Fields
This district is more focused on Sports like Bucket ball and mud ball. There are large fields to practice those sports. It is where large sport tourneys are held, but also theaters for the music and plays.Market square
The market square is in the center of the city. It is a large building surrounded by water and waterfalls, everybody who has something to sell in welcome, even merchants form Mythic on the other side of the Iron street. The artists of the Canvas District are using this place to sell their art.
Guilds and Factions
Staers
It was an army created to protect the citizens of Ariabon, but when The Mystic took control he transformed it into his own army. They are his eyes and hands. The Staers are not settled in Staerdall, but in the Staerdall Citadel.Starfall Company
The largest guild for merchants, they are the ones who have control over the Market square and are making up the prices.Canvas Quill
Everything related to art is protected by this guild. Except the preforming arts, that has its own guild. The main obligation of this guild is over see the study of the new artists, and make sure they are safe.Company of Bards
The Company of Bards has room for every type of preforming arts. Music, plays, and sometimes even written works.Mudballers
Mudballers is the largest team and the most popular team under the once who practice the sport. They got 1000 members of every age category starting at the age of 10 years.Bucket slayers
The Bucket slayers is the greatest team in the city, and it is even rumored that the Mystic himself was part of this team before he became the Mystic.History

Tourism
The capital of Ariabon is visited everyday by people from outside the city, because of it beautiful and artistic scenery. But what the people want to see is the large Staerdall Citadel floating in the air. Held in place by multiple iron chains.
