House Minovici rules with an iron fist. They brutally stamp out any sign of rebellion. A few times a month the local militia make sweeps where they raid peoples houses. They look for contraband.

Culture

Blutland has a violent culture. The best description is "A boot stomping on a human face forever", because of its violent ruler, everybody hurt the one weaker than them. Deadly beatings, lynchings, burning and beheading happen on a weekly basis.

House Minovicis agenda is clear: Remain in power, and destroy anyone that stands in its way.

History

Blutland was once covered in forest. Then it was deforested and House Minovici had the title of Royal House. After it lost the title of king, everything fell apart. Now it is a miserable place. Life is brutal and short. Most humans don't live long enough to see their 40th birthsday.
