Mélisande Vespertine

Lady Mélisande Vespertine is the owner of Vespertine Company, the leading manufactuer of constructs on the continent of Valland. She is the daughter of inventor and entrepreneur, Renard Vespertine, and - as his only remaining heir - inherited Vespterine Company upon his death.
Vespertine Company manufactuers constructs of many varieties, but currently focuses on service "bots" and sky ships. In recent years, the company has develped a train, The Starshine Express, that can travel between the planes of existence.
Lady Vespertine resides in Vespertne Tower, located in the Calico Skies neighborhood of Port Elesby.
Lady Vespertine presents herself in a unique manner. She dresses in shades of grey, black, and white. Additionally, she paints her face with a type of "kabuki" make up... typically with macabre designs.
Recently, Lady Vespertine began working with a group of mercenaries she refers to as the "Deceptors," as she and the group both have a mutual enemy: Tyranx and the Azure Assemblage. This group includes Aislin Mac Gearailt, Cerviel Anoun, Al Vale, Ecks, Luxanna, and Valrick Dapplecloak. (See, Session Four).
During the three month period when the so-called "Deceptors" are stranded in the Feywild, Tyranx sacks Port Elesby and establishes a lair in Vespertine tower, displacing Melisande who takes refuge with the Morlocks underground.
