The Sapphire Raja

"Ask, and it shall happen" - The Sapphire Raja
The Sapphire Raja is a powerful Rakshas and earthbound thought to have escaped from the Demon Labyrinths east of the Masacali Consulate several hundred years ago. He wears long flowing robes, loose fitting and with dozens of jewels upon his backwards hands. The Raja has been known to be generous to some, making a fortune on the spice trade and in the procurement of sapphires from the nearly mines, but to others he is unmistakably cruel. The Sapphire Raja is said to demand applause from his court and harem regardless of the action, and to not obey his sycophancy is punishable by death or worse. 
The Raja is an accomplished necromancer, conjurer and general arcanist, though he prefers to hunt with his clas when convenience allows. He hosts a loyal guard and and a series of thirteen guardians within his royal estates at the Sapphire Palace. Twice a year, it is said that the Raja will drink from Cayden Cailean's own stash of godly liquor, an achievement that he believes will in time promote him to the position of a demigod.
