Primordia

Primordia is a Kingdom ruled by the Council of Elements.     Rain Revelers   Leader: Lavenza   Lavenza is an operative, a deadly and powerful person. She oversees Primordia's operations across borders and other countries, without anyone ever remembering who, or what had happened.     Coven of the Earth   Leader: Rigod   Rigod is a merciless, justice seeking paladin in service of Gaia and Primordia.     Followers of the Flame   Leader: Burnham   Burnham is a firey individual who does as he pleases. Should a tie somehow occur, a competition would be held with rules and stipulations for the involved factions.   The people who live in Primordia have great faith in the Spirit Gods as their culture and society very much depends on them.       Defining features: Element Vents   Various stones or jets that spout out their corresponding Element. These Vents spout out Fire, Water, Air and Ground energy. These Vents are harnessed by Primordians in their everyday life.       Places of Note:     The Primordial Church   The Spearmen of Primordia guard the Church, and they guard it well.   This Church doubles as the government. They control the area.   The Church would be quite busy, with people going to and fro the area. It would also be well guarded.   well. They maintain order through the city.     The Primordial Church consists of 3 main buildings of which are in close proximity to one another.   1. Elemental Cathedral   4th Floor: Council Area 2nd and 3rd Floor: Library 1st Floor: Confessional Area   Entering the Confessional Area, players will need to go through a check by 2 Rune Guards. Afterwards they enter the main confessional area.   A large walkway into an area with stained glass into a podium where the room seems to diverge into 4 different colors.         2. Reliquary Building   Locked.   The Building Itself is a small building just behind the Cathedral. People are not allowed inside. Said vials were once kept inside the Church itself, but now they are kept securely in the Storage Building for emergencies.   The Building is sealed Magically, to prevent normal people from entering. The Clay Servants are able to pass through the door seamlessly, to retrieve every day things.     The spell has these Conditions:   The door only opens when Divine Energy comes into contact with it. After opening it allows access before closing up. It can be opened normally from the other side.                     General Store   Owner - Base N Kick       The Base N Kick sells various goodies here. The store is always full.   The Owner has a grudge against 'Brendon', even years later.       Prison   The Prison is currently filled with those who have been Blighted.     Elemental Arena   The Elemental Arena is a place where disputes are covered, and where people battle.   Due to recent events, the Church have organized festivities in the Elemental Arena to entertain people during lunch.   Elemental Festivities           Marketplace     Town Square   Tavern   With the $ he got, Kor has expanded his Tavern to Primordia, and now essentially owns the place. He will give the party a free place to stay thanks to Velthu-zad.         Mercenary Guild   The Mercenary guild operates outside the jurisdiction of the Primordial Church, and thus is a 'gray zone' for the country. The party will probably be smuggled in here.           Blacksmith   The Bones and Bloor   Owner - Mr Bloor   "They call me Mr Bloor, I use blood, sweat, tears and bones to make my equipment. So what will it be? An axe? A spear? A hunting apparatus for the Beasts or the Bleaks?"   Bloor is currently overworked as the Bleaks around the area have been strangely active, ever since the Earthquakes from the Untamed Lands. Bloor will only take orders from items he has in stock, but will not take any custom orders at the moment.

Primordia mainly gets its resource through Agriculture, due to the blessings of Pan and the Weather Twins.

Since Primordia actively worship the Spirit Gods, the act of using Divine Power without the catalyst of a Spirit God is foreign as well as can be seen as sacrilege.
