Riftwell

Wedged between a small mountainous region and the coast of the Far Reach Ocean, the heather of Riftwell is populated by tinkerers of the Rock Gnomes and illusionists of the Forest Gnomes. This hodgepodge populous and the region they inhabit was the last addition to the power of the Allucian Alliance.

Led by the narcissistic Fizzlewhip Blastcap, the Gnomes of this area halfheartedly aligned themselves with the Alliance in order to ensure their survival.

The capitol, formerly Stormpemhauder but recently renamed Whipcap lies on the Southeastern coast of the forest of Riftwell.
