Yu
Magus
Yu, also known as the Jade Emperor was one of the 12, specifically one of the 6 human Magi. His magic specialised in Geomancy, manipulation of earths and minerals. In concert with other Magi, Yu could refine metals and materials to be used with other magics to create amazing weapons and armours. Countless magic artifacts likely were made with the raw materials he refined.
After the Dark Years, when Dumas was finally defeated, Yu took his people, the Jì Nài across the eastern desert, and flattened a new kingdom out from the impassable mountains. Thus the 'eastern desert' became the 'central desert' and the new landmass he had shaped became known as the Mountain Kingdoms.
It is said that the Emperors of the Mountain Kingdoms are direct descendants from Yu, though due to the complex combination of recessive genes needed to make a true adept, not all Emperors have been capable of magic.
