Éla's Quick Fingers

In Muden there is a powerful Theives Guild connected to the churches of Éla.

History

This is a guild that Fulda herself started when she took over Éla's Suppression of Shadows in Brechlen. She saw that while churches often try to help those in need, they fail in many ways. So she sought to empower those to help themselves, using the funds this brought her to fight the shadows that tried to find their way into Cerilia.

Demography and Population

The demographic of the guild is normally the lowest end of the social demographic of the city. Those who don't have much and are willing to do anything to improve their standing.

Territories

The guild has a large presence in Muden. Mainly in Saarmen and Brechlen as the two main large cities. However, they have ears and eyes in smaller towns.

Military

Many of the loyal guild members are trained in different combats that best suit their skillset. As much as they are not priests or paladins, they are still in the war against those that would come from the Shadow World.

Religion

Fulda runs the guild (but will never publically acknowledge this) and the church of Éla's Suppression of Shadows. Naturally this means that the majority of the guild follow Éla as her high priestess has given them hope and way forward.

Trade & Transport

They deal a lot in the black-market and fencing of items.

Education

Now that the guild is established they target urchins. They take them in and teach them how to be Rogues. Pickpocket, slight of hand, and how to go about unseen.

Mythology & Lore

We fight in the dark, to protect those in the light.

Political Influence & Intrigue

Due to the thieves guild many pay lip service to Éla in hopes of keeping the church happen rather then becoming one of their next targets.

Neira's priests cannot stand Éla's priests. Éla's priests do not really care one way or another.
