Dagger and Bell

The unit accepts all sorts. They don't care who you are or what you've done. Every few months they have an intake of new members and put them through their paces in the first week to see if they're made of the right stuff.
The first week on the job is a trail where the candidates are physically and mentally pushed to their limit. The work of a mercenary isn't easy and on some missions the work isn't 9-5. So during this week they want to push the candidates as close as they can to their breaking point to make sure they will not become a liability in the field.
The trail can involve:

• Combat training/sparing 
• Endurance testing
• Physical labour
• Mental tests

However the instructors will regularly change up what those challenges look like in case of repeat try outs to make sure no one becomes too comfortable with what to expect that week.
