Balar Klim

Balar doesn't seem to have any type of common profession, other than possibly dabbling in the "information" trade. He seems to know a huge number of the locals of the J3 Black Swan District of Martelain and spends a lot of his time hanging out in the common room of J3-4 Red Hooded Traveler.
Anyone who spends much time at the J3-4 Red Hooded Traveler, may notice that he and Corina Halegan appear to either be really good friends, or that maybe they have a more serious relationship.
Note that NPC stats (once uploaded or converted to additional RPG systems) can be found through the "Secrets" button when available to GM's who have subscribed to received access to them.
