Felendar Bal'Kan

He and his wife, Oleida Bal'Kan are owners of J3-17 Felendars Brick, Tile, & Stone Masonry. He usually wears a heavy leather apron and bracers on his forearms (AT4 Torso, Abdomen and Arms) over top of usually plain grey linen clothing. Always wears a heavy and wide leather belt on which hangs two hammers (treat as war-hammers, except all criticals are Krush (no Puncture at all)) and multiple hardened steel chisels (treat as "Small" Daggers, which he can also throw with modest acuracy) for cutting and shaping stone and brick. If using a d20 system consider them to be daggers that have a -1 penalty to damage (damage roll of 1 would result in no damage), since the d20 systems do not have that (any) level of tactical detail and flexibility that is just one of the core advantages of the the Rolemaster combat system.
