J3-17 Felendar`s Brick, Tile, & Stone Masonry

This large brick building is home to a family of some of the of the most skilled stone and brick masons in the Channel Cities. Thee owners, Felendar Bal'Kan and his wife Oleida Bal'Kan and their kids and other relatives who work for them not only do amazing work, but they manufacture their own bricks.
The building has a height of a typical two-level building, however most of the interior has a single level with a very high ceiling. The offices are in the northeast corner of the building with living quarters above them. The southwest corner of the building has a huge oven that is used for baking the bricks that they manufacture. The top is comprised of a 4:12 pitch (15° slope) tiled roof, supported by a framework of heavy timbers.
